The fix for this is in the dev branch, and you should be able to
integrate it to your branch to do your testing.

You can work around this problem with the PROM by starting with the
primary flash as /dev/sdb1, and the secondary as /dev/sda1.  From that
starting point, a "system reboot -s" should work as advertised.

This can also be worked around but it's pretty minor.

Elab request usually makes things go faster unless he already knows and
is working on it.
