Larry,

The CF LEDs are under control by chassisd.  You're right that both of
them being green is not correct.  We get amber by lighting both the red
and green LEDs, so unless there's a problem with the red LED next to the
active CF, this would appear to be a problem with chassisd.

If the system LED (which is the top) on the board is red and all
processors are up, this is probably because chassisd has not set the
appropriate bit in the BM-FPGA to indicate that the system is up.  If
this bit is not set within ~5 minutes of booting, then the LED is
automatically turned red by the hardware. =20

Do the following from the TXRX and send me the results:

TXRX0:4 > dm 900000101f400000 8

From this, I'll be able to tell how the BM-FPGA has been set to drive
both the system LED and CF LEDs.  Also, send me the results of 'system
show ver'.
