The AC system has been fixed. A couple wired burnt up and disabled a
motor, but its all fixed now. Rack 11 should now be as good as it ever
was.

I've been able to get some relief to the heat issue and I've powered on
Rack 11. An AC technician is scheduled to come onsite to resolve the
issue further.

For the time being Rack 11 is considered volatile and may be powered off
unexpectedly if the heat triggers the circuit breaker.
