Yes, upgrade logs are in the defect.

BTW I did system copy all and upgrade -s. worked fine.

So the defect is very specific to "system copy init" followed by
"upgrade -s"

The FTI code *should not be enabled* until it has been unit tested
to be working.  Please make whatever changes are necessary to disable it
until then.

Andy/Larry/Raj:

The _system copy config/init_ code on coug is relatively new, hence I'm
interested to know if a possible bug in that code caused this or had a
part.  That's why I wanted the upgrade log attached to the bug (the
upgrade code uses some of the same changes). I assume that elogs
from that period would already be attached so that stuff could be
checked.  I haven't checked that assumption yet, however ~:^)
