It is hard to make the spec work, it is really capricious and the error
diagnostic (or lack of it) does not make it any easier.

What is the reason they don't believe our spec submissions and want to
do their own run? It will require a lot of disks to get the spec run at
high op/sec and probably a lot of time to get it run successfully.=20

If they really have set their mind on running the spec, we can give them
the scripts we are using.=20
