Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe John was following =
the procedure we recommend for replacing boards at our customer sites as =
well as in-house.  Failing to do so is one of the ways we end up with =
multiple mgmt vsvrs.

Sort of a side note, and probably never should come up again, but
really probably shouldn't use the same mac addresses and serial number
on two different boards.
