No the root fs remained the same. To boot a different NFS rootfs =
requires a change to the DHCP server conf file. That did not happen. =
This is a bug.=20

Well in this case it would be the NFS root directory.  Did the root fs
stay the same but the filer change?  That's what Raj is saying.
