It looks like you're pointed to a local openbsd directory that is
checked out but not built ( you have no ~openbsd/usr subdir ). You can
either build the openbsd world first, or point=20

/usr/openbsd.new -> /n/Build-Trees/BSD/openbsd-latest-21

Which contains the full built image. Do NOT however run make while
pointed there or I'll come looking for you ;)

I just did a "p4 synch" and openbsd sendmail is damaged.  Any thoughts
on where to go from here?
