I meant 16Mb, but the value got reset to 1Mb somehow....it's back at =

OK, you set it to 16KB or 16MB?  I thought you meant 16MB, but I'm
still getting that message on a 3MB file.

You can test it by looking at the URL at the bottom of the email for
cl#27426 (below) and looking at the diffs for fs-buf.c.
