Sorry it took me so long to reply to this.

If it's not in your particular root fs, you can quickly add it with

# apt-get install mpatrolc2

Useful features documented at:

Don't pay any attention to the platform/processor table, it's many
years out of date.  Just click on the 'Manual' link after reading the
overview.
