Howdy folks,

Just wanted to let people know that I don't think we quite have the
pleasanton traffic handled properly yet.  I've already noticed, and now
notice today rather painfully, that the link is maxed out until 10am.
It needs to de-maxify itself at more like 7am.

Also, if possible, the mirror traffic should be throttled to only
about 7.5Mbit rather than "the most the link can bear."

Also, it seems to max all weekend which I also found rather trying this
last weekend.
