I wrote the script, well, cut and pasted it mostly.  And I would
personally use the nfxsh command in most cases.  It might do a smidgeon
more sanity checking (looks like it did this time, catching a user
doing a no-no), but it also would give me an extra 10 minutes to
chat/connect with the customer, and is that really a bad thing?

Of course I would tell a customer doing it themselves that they are
free to do either.
