Well, I fixed the name of the directory *doh* and now I get:

~/src/linux_source$ p4 sync ...
//depot/linux_source/placeholder#1 - added as /homes/andys/src/linux_source/placeholder
ripper:~/src/linux_source$

That's it, only one file?  Now what am I doing wrong?

That's what shows up in p-web-force too, so ... am I looking in the
wrong place again?
