OK, after much beating of my head against the wall, I think I got it
right this time.  Not really sure what was causing all the problems
before, but I fixed several very tiny things.  I'll have another CF for
you to test tomorrow.  But it seems to be working pretty well for me.

One question: what is /etc/pwd.db and /etc/spwd.db in openbsd??  I had
to add a little code to flash_install.sh to sed usr/local/agile out
of /etc/passwd and /etc/master.passwd, but these database files,
well, they're not ascii and I don't know what they are.  But my system
booted up fine with the current one and hopefully yours will too.
Previously mine was having similar problems to yours.  I tell you what,
dealing with pm is a real pain....
