Porting cmd_flash.c from nfxsh modifications is out for review.  85+
files modified.  This change plus the upgrade code should allow us to
start running cougars on CF.

Several bug fixes for flash_install.sh checked in.

Found in root filesystem: we are missing pcmciautils package, causing
CF card status events to be ignored.  Package will be added to next sub.

Stepping up the candidate search for kernel programmer to a more
official level by enlisting Susan to help with search, ie., job
description will go on web site, etc.

Fix sundry Cougar bugs.

Submit BoFS proposal to Ottawa Linux Symposium for embedded Linux
appliance developers.
