Ah, I finally see what's going on here.  I went to Intranet and clicked
on "IT Support" and then clicked on "Help Desk" but this takes you to
Elab help desk, not IT help desk.  I'm still a newbie so I can't be
blamed.  That's my excuse and I'm stuck with it.
