OK, here goes.

Ajoy

Not feeling it for Ajoy.  I get the impression that he is a smart guy
and all, but only realistic experience is in making hardware things.  I
can't picture what we would do with him except make him an intern which
doesn't make sense.  Or maybe make him a salesman or something.

Scott
=====

Scott comes across as a very smart guy with no real world experience.
But I do get the impression that he can code in C and other languages
well enough to start work here as a software engineer.  He says he
wants to gain real world product experience and doesn't want to do the
academic thing anymore, so I have to take him at this word.  I can't
imagine him being much use anything except S-X and even then it will be
a while before he's contributing at maximum.  But I guess that's what
we want: younger more eager types with less experience.  I think he
fits that bill just fine.
