Houston, we have a problem.

I took the flash card in question and stuck it into my "new" system,
and I got the same problem as reported in the bug.  No other flash card
I have does that.  It's broken.  We may have to set a requirement on
the flash cards that are used for this operation: ie., that they are
qualified for Cougar, since not all CF cards that work on Bobcat work
on Cougar, because Cougar uses interrupts, and Bobcat doesn't.

That said, there may be a problem with the hardware on the latest build
boards, as my new board does not behave the same way as my old board.
I'm still investigating that issue.
