Hello guys,

I sent Chip a reply to the last email I got from him, but since I don't
know when that email might go out because my DSL connection comes up
for 5 minutes ever two hours, I thought I would send an email from
work with the information he asked for.

Of course AT&T was full of BS when they said there was no access. They
never showed or even tried; that was just an excuse for blowing it
off. The Covad guy told me on Monday that they had a 24 hour response
time and AT&T would be there Tuesday. They are several days late now,
and I think some kind of complaint should be registered. And/or some
kind of fine. It was supposed to be guaranteed 24 hour response, no?

The NID is located on the outside of the house, easily accessed by
going through the gate, walking around the outside of the house to the
other side, where it is located next to the air conditioning unit in
obvious plain sight. They've never had the slightest trouble locating
it when they actually show up.

My cell is 650-906-9448. Please call me with updates. Having no
internet access for nigh on two weeks now is killing me. In case you
can't tell.
