But seriously, do we power off the case or are the blades hot pluggable?

I think the answer is 'no' unless we have to power down the whole case.

Good point, the default PROM setting is probably to boot from the top
slot, so the CF card that was the primary in the previous blade should
be put in the top slot of the new blade.

Maybe we should say something about failing vsvrs over to the other
blade before running the halt command.  Not sure what the official
story is there.  If the whole thing gets powered down, it doesn't
matter.
