That's a bug that will need fixing.

Also needs fixing, as it's not correct for Linux.  We should create a
new ntp.conf.template for Linux and keep the old one for OpenBSD.

Both nfxsh and first install should allow hostname but I would settle
for just first install at the moment, unless you want to change both
at the same time.
