Hi Kahldoun,

Thanks for the update. The motorcycle insurance company has been
pestering me for some unknown reason, especially about some extra
agreement they sent me. I glanced at it, and it seemed to be some kind
of additional agreement that they wanted me to sign before they would
pay out what they owe on the medical part of my claim. I'm no lawyer,
but that doesn't sound right to me. If they want to talk about paying
out more than they owe, then we can talk about making new agreements,
but otherwise my policy, and state law, naturally, govern all
transactions. Anyway I was annoyed by that, and by the fact that the
service provider (the helicopter company that choppered me to the
hospital) that I'm trying to pay with that part of the claim is bugging
me mercilessly as well. All over exactly $1000.00, even though the
helicopter company (Stanford Life Flight) has already gotten ~9k$ from
me up to this point already.

Anyway, I know this isn't exactly your problem, but for some reason
Pacific Specialty seems obsessed with the fact that you exist, even
though that shouldn't really concern them as far as I can tell.

I should be hearing from my doctor any day now about whether or not he
is going to recommend surgery for my neck injuries. I'm anxious to get
the health part of this resolved, so that will be a relief even if it isn't the greatest of news.

Thanks for your help,

Andrew Sharp
