Again another crap comment.  What was the bug?  Who knows from this
comment?  What was the problem?  Sure would have been nice to know that
this fixes a TXRX crash.  But I couldn't tell because:

We were out of CQ licenses and I couldn't log in.

I already have a bug being modified and didn't want to risk losing it
by jumping to another bug.

CQ was down.

I was off-network and couldn't run CQ.
