I'm pretty sure I have from time to time.  p4v can be dodgy sometimes,
especially if it has been running for a while and mightydog has
rebooted or something.  Sometimes killing it and starting it again
helps, sometimes not.  Going to some other task and returning to it on
Monday sometimes helps ~:^)  I know that's not much help ....
