This OTA (Onstor Tech Alert) has nothing to do with files or their
timestamps on the filer (storage), but rather the time displayed from
various actions related to the managment processor, ie., when you are
using the UI and setting the time for things to happen, and so forth.
Even then, it only affects the time displayed, not the timestamp
itself, which knows nothing of timezones.

The client OS is responsible for correctly displaying the time(s) of
files on the storage. If the client OS doesn't have the latest
timezone/DST updates then it will have to be updated.

Cheers,
