I'm familiar with the Windriver stuff from 2wire. I had them in there
trying to get their stuff up on our board/toolchain. I deemed it to be
pretty good stuff. It's a rare vendor product like this that gets that
coveted rating from me.

I'm definitely interested for the cougar work. It wouldn't hurt to find
out if they support the sibyte quad-core processor, and if they don't,
to let them know to get started on it. I'm not sure that we would
want to bother with it for Bobcat. If they have anything that would
work for our embedded processors, I would think that that would be very
useful as well. I don't need to tell you how useful their debugging
tools would be for bring up work if they support the processor. Brian
-- would we have an ICE setup or JTAG or both? I know the WR product
has a standard JTAG interface.

Cheers,
