About half of these bugs are "under investigation", so the decision to
roll another sub will have to wait for that. In addition, I think we
should upgrade mightydog to sub#26 today-ish and get some running time
on that to get a better idea of the risk of some of these.

Individual notes per defect are inline below. "Beta Q" means if we roll
another submittal for some other reason, then we can include the fix
for those bugs:

Still under investigation.

Low risk for beta. Regression introduced a while back, and we haven't
hit it before now on QA systems or mightydog. Beta Q.

More investigation needed before we make the call on this one.

TBI.

Not necessary to fix for Beta so no submittal trigger on this one.

This one is still under investigation and too early to tell.

This should be marked for Kegg, it is not even Cougar, so no
reason to trigger another beta submittal.

Bill: not necessary to roll another submittal just for this. Beta risk
is limited to customers with certain LSI arrays who really want to
find corner cases by executing unusual workflows. I believe it's
acceptable to ask such customers to upgrade their LSI firmware if they
hit this problem. Beta Q.

Available work around means this isn't a beta MF.
