If we don't take the changes for these bugs, including the one Deepak
checked in today, then, unless testing of Bill's change shows that it
has some significant effect, then I don't see a reason for another beta
respin right now.

Unless we think TED23467 (addroutes file) is worth it.  Which it might
be considering that with just that change, the testing burden would be
minimal: check upgrades; adding/deleting a route; initial config wrt
default route; sys-config-reset followed by initial config.
