Are you building in that directory?  Because if you are, then there
should be symlink called openbsd.new that points to a valid build of
openbsd.  I see you have nfx-tree/Build/bc directories, so if you are
building there, then I'm not quite sure how it was working ... or how
to make it work w/o creating that symlink.

OK, Warren informs me that there is some symlink
called /usr/openbsd.new.  I have no clue how that works, but I would
change it to point to /n/Build-Trees/BSD/openbsd-latest-dev if I had
suitable access on compile2.  Keep in mind that this is quite broken for
people to use, since it doesn't take into account that different people
might be building against different versions which would require
matching changes ....
