The only difference between yours and mine is netmask of 24 for me and
16 for you.  Changing mine to 16 makes no difference.  I just don't get
it.  I must be a networking dunderhead.  I even did all the
configuration through nfxsh the first time, and it still doesn't seem
to work.  Although the number of xmitted and received packets seems to
slowly increase.
