This was pretty upsetting to me for a while because I believed that it
had to be a kernel driver problem.  But after spending about 8 hours
solid trying to find such a problem, I'm starting to think we have some
kind of hardware/manufacturing problem.  It doesn't work with a switch
connecting the two ports either, and we know that works because we do
it all day long with sc0's.

The one thing I forgot to try was pinging sc0<->sc1 when the two are
connected together through a switch.  I need to try that before calling
the hardware cops.

The two filers are g{6,7}r5.  Go ahead and have a look.  They are
having configuration problems at the moment so are not clustered
anymore.  I'm in the middle of upgrading them to recent builds and
stuff like that.
