Huh?  Jobi, take it easy.  Jobi != SW-Filesystem. 

As for some of the statements, you are part of the "triage" process,
and as such, your responsibilities include looking into bugs and
determining the facts.  I'm aware that some of the bugs in this chain
have the history you mentioned, but does this one?  And even if it does,
why is it not able to dump?  Your team can determine these things and
contribute to the final category resting place of bugs.

If your team has definitively determined where the bug lies, and no
part of it is in or near filesystem stuff, then feel free to put some
comments in the bug and change the category.
