The 60 second timeout is not for uploads.

support.sh doesn't "wait" until 6.30; I'm not sure what the deal is
with that but I don't think it's anything our stuff is doing.

Keep in mind they might have a network situation.  While testing some
of this code in the last 5 months, one thing I noticed was that an
upload at 8.00pm PST never succeeds.  From any filer.  [It's some
problem with phd which support has said they are looking into.]  So it
might be something like that, or they might have network outages at
certain times, or many other things.

We can try to change the "midnight" time to an hour or two later, or
earlier and see if that works or changes anything.
