Hi Bob,

I think I'm as ready as I'm going to get.  Unfortunately, John Rogers
has been out sick since Monday and holds all the worksheet/survey
information and I haven't been able to contact him, so I had to proceed
without that possibly useful information.  However, much of the
feedback was similar from all the reporting installer parties.
