You mention this document _Statement of Work_, and I think I know what
that is but perhaps have heard different names for it, like _Checklist_
or whatever, but is this the document where the customer fills out all
the configuration info like IP addresses, name servers, NTP servers, so
on and so forth?  Basically, I think I'm getting it though.  It's
almost like most customers need a class in the features/capabilities
and use cases of our product so they can then properly lay out how the
filer/storage product should be installed and configured in their setup.
