Just an FYI, the more I think about what we discussed today, the less
well it sits with me.  This is not how I normally think about things,
so it's a little hard, but it's starting to boil down to someone else
taking credit for my work and my ideas and the accomplishments of the
whole team.  I feel as if my hard work and my clever implementation
schemes have been coopted and woven into a wreath that sits on someone
else's head.  As you might imagine, I'm hard pressed to forcast an
upside for myself working in an environment where my successes at
progressing this engineering group and delivering this product are
essentially stolen from me.
