You already reviewed the C files, which haven't changed, but I added 3
shell scripts to the list to try and punch up the /var full problem.
Doesn't really fix any bugs necessarily, but betters the logging and
general operation and whatnot.

        TED00025254 - mta mail queue full
        
        Change the arbitrary test for a full email queue to be OS
        specific, and basically ignore the size of the email queue on
        Linux, because we have other procedures for dealing with large
        numbers of emails on Linux.  See /etc/cron.daily/exim-rm-frozen.
        
        TED00025349 - CSS (g12r10): /var was 100% full
        
        If a user causes /var to fill up, there's not a lot we can do,
        but I made some modifications to cfmond and exim4-rm-frozen to
        tidy up log messages and add a bit more functionality.
