Nope.  ~:^)

Make sure you ignore the VIRT size and look at just the RES size, as
that is the actual measure of how much memory it's using.  The VIRT
size includes shared libraries and such.  Bear in mind I don't have a
running OpenBSD system in front of me to look at since my filer is
running Linux these days ~:^)
