No answer at the moment, go ahead and guess.  I've been thinking a bit
about other things, like how vague the goals are at the moment, and
that isn't making me happy because that usually results in a less than
happy customer at the end.  And I'm the customer, and I don't like to
be unhappy.  So I'll be thinking more and more about how to make the
goals of this project more specific and concrete, which will help us by
making expectations clearer for both Us and Them (OK, you).  Like, how
should the GUI be organized from the highest paradigm level and stuff
like that.  Once some of those questions can be answered, then other
details become much more obvious.
