This document is a Single File Web Page, also known as a Web Archive file. If you are seeing this message, your browser or editor doesn't support Web Archive files. Please download a browser that supports Web Archive, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.

OK, that's just super bitchy of M$. They could export it as regular
html, but noooo, they have to invent their own format that only their
browser supports. Shame-shame.

Anyway, it seems that openoffice on my workstation is able to handle
it, so I'm good. I already had an open office document open on my
workstation, so when I tried to open your document and have it display
on my laptop, it opened it using the already running program which of
course displayed it on the workstation where I couldn't see it, so it
appeared to not be working. Anyway... thanks.
