Hi Sudharsan,

Well, what timing, I was just thinking this morning that I needed to
bring Dhavamani in on what's happening, as we have scoped things
including her as a programming resource. What's going on is we have
hired a web design company to revamp the WebGUI, and they have just
started working on it. They will be doing some preliminary design work
and after we have approved the look-and-feel and navigation type
modifications they come up with, then they will start with the
implementation design work, followed by some detailed scoping work, and
then the actual programming work.

It's my understanding, correct me if I'm wrong, that currently Dhavamani
is working on GUI bugs at the direction of Ed Kwan. I think that's
still going to be fine for at least another couple of weeks, since
these changes are for customers and won't be wasted. But I don't think
you should have her work on anything that is scheduled for Kegg.
Anything in that area will probably have to be redone, and therefore a
waste.

My plan is to have Tridigital, the web design company, to separate out
programming tasks for Dhavamani to work on. Exactly how that will
manifest itself I will know better as we get closer to the actual
programming/implementation phase. I will also make myself available
for helping with C programming on the server side as needed.

Hopefully that explains things well enough for the time being. I will
strive to keep you informed as we progress. As always you should email
me with any questions, thoughts or concerns you have.

Cheers,

a
