My cougar was up over the holidays, and I noticed that precisely at
midnight on new year's eve, this console message was output:

coolcat:~# Clock: inserting leap second 23:59:60 UTC

I'm impressed that the code even has the capability to output a second
numbered greater than 59.

hehe. Now my tuxrx has an uptime of almost 3 weeks, so I sort of
hate to reboot the system, but hey, that's the fate of a dev
system...alas.
