That's pretty bizarre, I don't actually remember that we released a
1.0.8 prom version, but there is very important stuff in 1.0.9 that
they should have, in the TXRX and FP prom images as well as the SSC
prom image. So they should all have 1.0.9.  I'm hard pressed to figure
how this happened exactly.  Perhaps the whole motherboard is down
rev'd.  I would check with Ops to see if you can figure that out by the
serial number.
