Unfortunately, no.  The message comes out before the secondary flash is
involved; before the new software is even downloaded.  Either the SSC
was running low on memory, or one of the partitions on the primary CF
is almost full. Probably the latter.  minfree is 5% and when the amount
of free space on the partition in question goes below that, OpenBSD
outputs that confusing message.

Unless you saw a message to the contrary, I expect the upgrade
succeeded just fine.
