I don't think this is a ISO making issue, it's more of any issue of
what's the correct default behavior that we want when booting off the
CD.  Let's put our heads together and figure out what we think that
should be.  Do we always want it to go into monitor/keybd install if
there is no user interaction, or ?

Apparently it goes into grub and sits there waiting to interact with
COM1 if there is no user interaction on the keybd before the timeout.
