Wicked.  Not only have I never seen that before in my life, I don't
even know what it means.

It might be that the local database that records what the repository
has available has to be sync'd before the package install will work.

FYI, I'm lateralling this football over to our triumphantly returned
Mr. Larry!!  Yeah!
