I believe the install CD can be used to upgrade from, in a dire pinch.
The ISO can be obtained from here:

and the md5sum for that file is

The md5sum is important to check that you get the iso file downloaded
without any corruption before burning your CD.

Larry, can you put together the instructions for upgrading from the CD
image, to be used only as a last resort by SEs/Customers?

I can't think of a reason why we would have a problem with doing this
if it is rarely used.  Anyone disagree?  Remember it's not covered by
any of our documentation.
