OK, I can't seem to get away from sm-pkt/acpu-conn-struct.h and I'm
thinking you might know what to do.  I noticed that in one or two
places you just re-defined a couple things as void *.  What about bit
definitions for connection states in here?  Is all this crapola going
away or does it need to be handled somehow?
