Subject: one more small step - cifs now compiles

I have all 37 source files in the sm-cifs directory compiling. Now I
have to go back and make sure sm-nfs/ still compiles.

The changes should all be visible in these perforce changelists:

Change 32569 on 2009/06/02 by andys@ripper *pending* 'Changelist to hold all the CIFS'
Change 32511 on 2009/05/22 by andys@ripper *pending* 'Refactor the BCALL macro into B'
Change 32136 on 2009/03/19 by andys@ripper *pending* 'TuxRx: build changes for NFS/CI'
Change 31760 on 2009/01/23 by andys@ripper *pending* 'Axe some unused Makefiles in pr'

The change to code/sm-utils/utils-fs-api.h (p4 #32569) probably breaks
the ENTIRE WORLD, but hey, it compiles!

Now only 37 more directories to go...

Cheers,

a
