Hello troops,

Rendell has checked in the SSC crash dump functionality to the dev
branch. It hasn't been tested by QA, but I thought I would heads-up
folks so that they can work on deciding what to do with it wrt 4.0.3.
And yes, Rendell has tested it ~:^).  I know we want to get this out
into the field at some point.
